  • Participants learn to work effectively as a team, discover the benefits of delegation, and work to tight deadlines

We specifically support for 18 to 26 year olds, male and female from a diversity of backgrounds, the majority are either employed or in the education system. The course is one week at The Grafham Water Management Training Centre and is fully residential with professionally qualified instructors supported by lecturers and a wide variety of indoor and outside based activities. It is specifically designed to take the delegates out of their individual comfort zones, to recognise and develop them as individuals and team leaders, and each day finalised with a one to one review. It is being held 31st August – 7th September 2019 at Grafham Water Centre and is restricted to 50 delegates  £660 per candidate
